I had the privilege of contributing to the launch of Experience Mhor at Monachyle Mhor Hotel in collaboration with Rvival, a project dedicated to enhancing and evolving this long-standing, sustainable family business. This initiative introduces a new and exclusive branch that celebrates Scotland’s rich glen culture, farm life, and the art of foraging, offering guests a deeper connection to the land while delivering exceptional hospitality in a truly unique setting. From pack pony afternoons to pack rafting and paddling, Rvival, led by CEO Eliza Brown, curates immersive outdoor experiences that seamlessly blend adventure with nature’s tranquility. Meanwhile, I oversee operations and host drinks masterclasses, creating moments that are both festive and engaging—celebrating the craft of sparkling wines, whisky drams, and unique signature cocktails. Now more than ever, people seek experiences that go beyond the ordinary—ones that allow them to connect, immerse, and truly feel their surroundings.
